BRETON TYPE POLYESTER (511-0921/0923/0927/0930)
It is an improved unsaturated polyester used for producing synthetic granite using the vacuum, heat support and pressure molding method using the Breton Technology. Furthermore, it can be used in general-purpose orthophtalic application areas, as well as used successfully in transparent applications with its low gardner feature. It has been designed in accordance with the pressure molding process in the production of orthophtalic-based synthetic granite. Adds elasticity to synthetic granite as well as excellent mechanical and physical properties such as good chemical resistance, UV feature (non-yellowing) and water resistance. It is a medium reactivity polyester with low viscosity. Besides its high physical properties, it has adequate resistance to chemicals in line with its intended use. It is an economical brush type gelcoat which can be used in the production of all kinds of materials to be painted after production in the automotive industry. It can be manually sanded or by a sanding machine. It is grey colored in order to make the mistakes that occur during the application of the primer easier to be noticed and is delivered as a ready-to-use product. No blisters are formed when it is baked to harden the paint applied on it. It does not crack due to the effects of impact and temperature changes during cutting and assembly processes or while driving the vehicle.

DEWILUX 272 is used in petrochemical complexes, refineries, in fertilizer, paper and acid industries, in areas where high chemical and physical resistance and durability is required, particularly in the manufacturing of pipes and various tanks by filament winding method. DEWILUX 272 is an isophthalic-based, unsaturated polyester with medium reactivity and low viscosity with high mechanical resistance and durability features. Its low viscosity allows good and quick wetting of the glass fiber. The polyester is ideal for use in the filament winding method with this feature. Parts cured with DEWILUX 272 have high mechanical durability even in humid environments with medium temperature up to 60°C.

MORE INFOCHEMICAL RESISTANT POLYESTER (511-0600)
Has been formulated to be used in petrochemical complexes, refineries, in fertilizer, paper and acid industries and in areas where high chemical and physical resistance and durability is required. It is also extensively used in the construction and molding of storage tanks, pipes and conduits, chimneys and similar facilities for various chemical substances. DEWILUX 600 is an epoxy modified bisphenol-based polyester having the best resistance against many chemical substances. Has excellent acid and especially alkali resistance. Mixture ratios depend on the formula properties of the pultrusion product, however mixtures in the ratio of 5-10% are recommended.

MORE INFOPOLYESTER PIGMENT PASTE (556-SERIES)
They are used for coloring all types of transparent polyester gelcoats and polyester resins. They have a universal attribute for the resin polyester systems in their structure and cause minimum differences in the curing system they are used in. In general, uses up to 5% will be adequate to achieve sufficient color intensity and this ratio will not not have any adverse impacts on the curing system. However, they can be used in a proportion up to 15% in some cases. In such cases, users should observe the effects of the added resin on the curing system.
