BUTTON POLYESTER (511-0706/0707)

With its excellent transparency and flexible structure yielding low exotherm, DEWILUX 707 is a polyester resin suitable for both roller type and rod type button manufacturing techniques. Offers endless options to the creativity of button designers with the high viscosity version DEWILUX 706 (511-0706) and with the versions DEWILUX 716 (Standard thixotropic) and DEWILUX 717 (low thixotropic) thixotropized in two different ratios. DEWILUX 707's optimal curing (hardening) rate allows easy cutting, machining and polishing of washers obtained from calendered plates, rods and die castings. DEWILUX 707 perfectly complies with mother-of-pearl, pigment pastes and other additives used in button manufacturing.
