The first step in long-lasting paint systems to be used on new buildings is to apply a primer rich in zinc content. Zinc Silicate Paint provides better corrosion protection compared to Zinc Epoxy Primer; however, application, surface preparation use of Zinc Epoxy Primers are generally easier. Transozinc Epoxy Primer is an excellent epoxy primer with a high content of zinc and is used for offshore and land applications.
