DYO 1K Primer (Gray) - 548-7568 and DYO Cellulosic Primer 545 Series
DYO 1K Primer (Gray) is used especially in car refinish painting systems. It is a primer consisting of mixtures of nitro cellulosic and various binders which is used by applying at least 3 coats under the topcoat in works requiring rapid drying with a filling feature less than Acrylic 2K primers. It is easy to sand. All kinds of topcoats can be applied on it; it is particularly recommended to be used as a 118-series primer.
The film formation features of DYO Cellulosic Primer 545 Series are excellent. Easily sanded. Has a rapid air-dry feature. Applied on old paint films to give a smooth appearance to topcoats that will be applied later (synthetic ones must have been applied at least 3 months ago).
